Doneloom standardises, escrows, verifies and guarantees the process of attested outcome contracts. Doneloom does not practise law and does not give legal advice; preparation tools return registry data and indicators only. The licensed professional's attestation is the only professional opinion in the flow, given under their own licence and insurance.

The professional fee is paid in full to the professional. Doneloom charges a separate verification and guarantee fee. Official registry fees are collected at cost. Funds are held with the payment processor and released on verification. Each contract defines what the guarantee covers and excludes; substantive registry decisions are never covered.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of facts supplied and for the authority of any agent placing orders on their behalf. Agents must record the principal's instruction reference with each order.
